The International Socialist Review has been published since 1997 in Chicago by the Center for Economic Research and Social Change. Its editorial board includes several leading members of the International Socialist Organization (ISO). It is currently a bimonthly magazine. The modern incarnation of the ISR has articles about issues within the United States currently with the historical context such as racism, labor struggles, and evolution versus intelligent design debate. Articles about struggles outside the United States are covered as well, such as current Latin American anti-neoliberalism movements, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the role of China in the world economy.
